| Artistic Touch was founded in 2006 by Todd and Britnie Dugger. Britnie is a licensed cosmetologist and massage therapist with an extensive background of training and work experience. Before opening her own salon and spa, Britnie worked for a global salon corporation (1996-2006) as a stylist, manager, and regional artistic director. |
